However, at both the places Public Relations Offices and co-ordination sections within the office has been created to do liaison work in respect of the subscribers located at Srinagar and Jammu for settlement of their cases while pursuing regularly with concerned sections. Co-ordination sections also educate subscribers about short comings in their cases and advice them to make good in respect of these short comings for final settlement of their laims/cases.
