In view of Citizen Charter-our responsibility as scrutinizing and authorizing authority the deficiencies and defects noticed in the claims/cases are being conveyed to the concerned authorities. The subscribers, complainants are also being informed of such actions simultaneously. The requisite time frame to furnish final reply to the correspondence relating to discrepancies in General Provident fund is also being adhered to.

It has always been our endeavor to make stake holders/subscribers aware of the procedures and process cases for their satisfaction and knowledge so that they could persue/get settle their claims with a positive approach in a better way.
